Urban Mommies Policies and Procedures

Refund policy

Your spot is not reserved until we receive payment. Up until 30 days before the first tour date, you will receive a total refund. Afterward, no refund will be granted.

Tour make-up policy

We recognize that babies are unpredictable. Urban Mommies allows each participant to make up one missed tour per package. The make-up must be scheduled in advance and will depend on space availability in the desired tour. Refunds are not available.

If tours are cancelled due to inclement weather conditions or emergency, you will be contacted by phone. The tour will be rescheduled at the discretion of Urban Mommies.

Guest policy

Guests may attend an Urban Mommies tour if space is available for a $25 fee.

Privacy policy

We will not sell or rent your personally identifiable information or a list of our participants to third parties.

Waiver of liability, release and indemnifying agreement

By clicking "I agree", I ("I" refers to Urban Mommies participant) agree to the following:  

I desire to voluntarily engage in attending walking tours with my child(ren) and baby strollers/equipment. I understand that these activities are not likely to carry risk of bodily injury and/or property damage. I certify to Urban Mommies, LLC that I am physically able to participate in walking tours of the venues provided as part of the Urban Mommies, LLC program and received my physician's permission to do so, if necessary.       

I further understand that I am responsible for my own and my child(ren)'s physical well-being and health while on tour. I agree to assume responsibility for any risk of injury to my person, my child(ren) or my property while engaging in the aforementioned activities. Further, I hereby indemnify, hold harmless and release Urban Mommies, LLC from any and all liability for damages and injury to myself, my child(ren), my property or to any other person or property resulting from participating in Urban Mommies, LLC activities.
